Jut like we care of wearing different clothes to protect our body against the change of climatic condition, our skin care also require some systematic steps to follow in different seasons. Its needed to change our skin care practices accordingly to protect from things like skin aging, softness, rashes, wrinkles etc. Science says that our Skin is bodies largest organ and gives our appearance more soothing. Our Skin is more delicate organ in fact it is affected more is summer season when compared to winter months.Normally, as we know the winter season is much colder which lessen the heat and humidity in our skin when compared to summer season.Holding this reason don't feel that moving indoors is better for our skin in summer because we stop large portion of moisture from surrounding air.
Most of them feels that swimming gives relief from heat and gives coolness to our skin, but its not a good skin care practice as we are unknowingly exposing our skin to harsh chemicals and also salt water gives excessive dryness in our skin. A consistent level of moisture in our skin and in our home or near our work environments in sufficiently maintained.
